Most handicaps change each year, especially IRC, as boat age is used in calculating them. It is a significant administrative charge to change a handicap once racing has started! IRC Certificates can be applied for, starting January 2025 and RYAYTC from February 2025. They get busier towards the start of the season, so apply early. An expedited certificate is generally available if you apply late – but of course is more expensive!Payment Info & DeclarationPayment by BACS By BACS (Internet) transfer to Barclays BankAccount Name: The Cornwall Offshore Group Series (COGS)Sort code: 20-87-94Account No: 13219992using reference cogs + sail number or boat name.
